We’re based in Brandon, inside the Tampa metro — so Central Florida isn’t a territory we cover from somewhere else. From Orlando and Kissimmee up through Ocala, Gainesville and The Villages, we install and maintain the retail security systems, drive-thru technology, structured cabling and network infrastructure that businesses here run on every day.

Where We Work
Not one city — a band across the middle of the state, and we work the whole width of it.
Central Florida isn’t a single city for us, it’s a band across the middle of the state. Tampa on the Gulf side, through Orlando, Kissimmee and Winter Garden, out to Daytona Beach and Palm Coast on the Atlantic — with Gainesville, Ocala and The Villages to the north, and Sarasota, Vero Beach and Port St. Lucie along the southern edge.
That’s a wide area to claim, so here’s the honest version of what it means: everything on that list is somewhere we travel to and work in person. Brandon sits close to the middle of it, which is the whole reason this is the region we know best.
It also means a business with more than one location doesn’t need more than one vendor. A retail operation with stores in Orlando, Tampa and Ocala gets the same person for all three — same standards on every install, and one number to call when something goes down at any of them.

Cities We Cover
The main cities we cover across the region — Gulf coast to Atlantic, and north to the Ocala and Gainesville line.
Nearby town not on the list? We still travel — ask and we’ll tell you straight.
What We Do Here
One team for the systems your business runs on — not four vendors blaming each other.
EAS retail security, drive-thru technology, structured cabling and enterprise network infrastructure — designed, installed and maintained on site. From a single Orlando storefront to a chain with locations spread the whole width of the corridor.
Video walls, digital signage, lighting and audio-visual for the corridor’s hotels, attractions and retail floors. The survey that gets sizing, sightlines and glare right happens before the quote — which is easy to justify when the person doing it is already in the region.
Servers, desktops, laptops, POS and time-management systems — set up, repaired, and kept running. When a fault has to be physically touched to be fixed, being in the same region as you is the entire point.
A custom-built site that loads fast and actually turns up when someone in Orlando, Tampa or Ocala searches for what you do — built by the same people already handling your network, not an agency you never hear from again.
Central Florida
Covering a region and working in it are two different things. This is the difference.
Brandon sits in the Tampa metro, close to the middle of the Central band. Orlando, Ocala, Gainesville and Daytona Beach are a drive from where we already are — not a dispatch to whoever happens to be nearest.
An EAS pedestal, a drive-thru headset system, a cable run through a ceiling — none of it gets fixed over the phone. Being in the region is what makes turning up the normal answer rather than the expensive one.
Plenty of statewide vendors cover far-off regions by handing the job to a local contractor you never chose. Here, the person who quotes the work is the person who owns it — start to finish, whoever is on site.
FAQ
Straight answers, before you even have to call.
The main ones are Orlando, Tampa, Kissimmee, Ocala, Gainesville, The Villages, Winter Garden, Daytona Beach, Palm Coast, Sarasota, Port St. Lucie and Vero Beach — the full list is on this page. It isn’t a hard boundary though. If you’re in a town near any of those, ask — we’d rather tell you plainly than have you assume we don’t come out that far.
Both, effectively. Our Central and Southwest coverage genuinely overlaps around Tampa and Sarasota, and Central meets Southeast around Daytona Beach, Vero Beach and Port St. Lucie. It makes no difference to what you get or who turns up — the regions describe the map, not how the work is divided.
We quote per job, and anything to do with travel is part of that number rather than something added afterwards. You’ll have the figure before any work starts.
On site is the default for anything physical — cabling, EAS systems, drive-thru equipment, hardware installs and repairs. A fair amount of software and configuration work can be handled remotely, and we’ll tell you which is which rather than booking a visit you don’t need.
Yes, and it’s one of the main reasons businesses use us. One point of contact for every location, the same standards on each install, and one number to call whichever site has the problem — instead of a different contractor in each city.
That depends where you are and what has actually failed, so we won’t quote a blanket response time we couldn’t hold to on every call. What we will do is tell you honestly when we can be there when you ring — rather than booking you in and hoping.
