Where We Work
Crystal River down to Marco Island — and we don’t skip the bottom half.
The Southwest band runs the length of the Gulf coast. Crystal River at the top, then Tampa and St. Petersburg, Sarasota, Fort Myers, and on down to Naples, Marco Island and Sanibel. The top end is dense metro; the bottom end is resort towns and islands where plenty of vendors quietly stop answering.
We’re not going to pretend Marco Island is around the corner from Brandon. It isn’t — it’s a planned trip rather than a drop-in. What that changes is how the work gets organised, not whether we do it: a job at the southern end is scoped properly up front so it’s finished in one visit, instead of three half-days and a lot of driving.
If you run locations at both ends of the coast, that’s the part that matters. A retailer with stores in Tampa and Fort Myers isn’t juggling a metro vendor for one and whoever happens to be available for the other — it’s the same people, working to the same standard, the whole way down.

Digital signage, video walls and the lighting and audio around them, planned around a single trip. Displays are heavy, awkward and unforgiving about mounting, so fixings, power and data runs are agreed before anyone loads a van — a forgotten bracket is a very long drive down here.

Being a long way down the coast should change how a job is organised. It shouldn’t change how it’s done.
Plenty of service areas quietly thin out past Fort Myers. Naples, Marco Island and Sanibel are on our list for the same reason Tampa is — because we go there, not because they round the map out nicely.
A job at the southern end gets scoped before anyone sets off, so the right parts and the right kit are already in the van. Distance is a reason to prepare properly — not a reason to keep coming back.
A store in Naples gets the install a store in Tampa gets. There’s no reduced version for the sites that are further away and less likely to be looked at closely.

We come down. Naples, Marco Island and Sanibel are on the list because we work there, not to make the coverage map look complete. It’s a planned trip rather than a same-hour call-out, and we’ll be straight with you about scheduling when you ring.
Yes — Sanibel and Marco Island both. Island sites just need the visit planned a bit more carefully, which in practice means scoping the job properly first so everything needed is already on the van before anyone heads over.
Fair question. Being based near Tampa means the northern end is straightforward and the southern end is a planned trip. What you get in exchange is one company covering the whole coast to the same standard rather than a different contractor in each city. And if a job genuinely needs somebody on site within the hour, we’ll tell you that plainly instead of taking it on.
Only in the sense that they’re both us. Tampa and Sarasota sit where our Central and Southwest coverage overlaps, so either page describes the same team doing the same work. Use whichever one you landed on.
Yes, and it’s one of the main reasons businesses here use us. One point of contact whether the site is in St. Petersburg or Naples, the same install standard at each, and one number to call regardless of which location has the problem.
Travel is built into the quote rather than added on afterwards, and you’ll have the figure before anything starts. Jobs at the southern end get scoped up front partly for that reason — so it’s one planned visit rather than repeat trips you would end up paying for.
